I loved working with the Data-Tele team because we really were a team, not just “Client” and “Supplier.” While I was tasked with managing a NYC-based project from the West Coast, they basically held my hand through the whole process and advised on anything I needed along the way. There is so much I want to say about how awesome it was to work with Data-Tele on our structured cabling/fiber extension/AV projects/rush temporary workstation projects. From the moment Joe Carretta sent his Project Manager Joe Esposito over to complete a site walk and drawings on a moment’s notice, I knew I was in great hands. You all thought through every last detail to make sure the job was done the very best way. Great thought leadership in finding effective, cost saving solutions and re-working things when the unexpected came up.

We had a wonderful experience working with Data-Tele for the retro-fit of our new New York office. Data-Tele provided IT and AV Cabling for the renovations and worked with our IT providers to ensure timely delivery and turn up of our systems. Our project had a unique challenge of being managed remotely from our Toronto office, due to the pandemic and boarder closure. Since we did not have boots on the ground the Data-Tele team was instrumental in ensuring we were abreast of any issues as well as the project status at all times. They identified areas of concern and were quick to propose solutions. The team was thorough, professional and communicated effectively throughout the process and was always happy to jump on a call if we needed an immediate hand. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

It was a pleasure to work with the Data Tele team on the design and integration for the telecommunications, audio visual and security systems of our new office space. The Data Tele team was committed to completing our job to a high standard, while navigating the complexities of pandemic worksite restrictions. They consistently took the time to listen, and understand our work, policies, and internal dynamics to provide us with solutions that met our needs on our budget, and on tight timelines.
